Identify Scope of Work
- Survey Project Site
- Pre-set data collection and prep work
- Select the P.M. & team to match the job

Develop Critical Path
- Establish schedule & budget manpower by location & required skill set for installers Perform test sets as proof of concept
- Create Project Launch Kit, communication plan & reporting requirements
Load all information into ZOHO |

Execute and Monitor
- Conduct kick-off meeting & begin schedule
- PM monitors quality control and communicates status, issues and successes to all parties throughout the set
- Photos and paperwork are uploaded daily in ZOHO for real-time communication, reporting and invoicing

Project Closure
- Post Mortem project review is created by PM detailing project goals, successes, lessons learned and final results
- Post Mortem meeting conducted by PM, with client
